Oh, but there will be a lot of other activity. Your phone will be ringing off the hook with people who are just "checking out the market". You'll be busy weeding out the curious lookers from the serious buyers, wondering what you should ask them on the phone to qualify them before they waste your time with a visit.
You'll be answering the door at all hours to strangers who saw your sign, ignored the By Appointment Only request, and want to see your house right now. You'll wonder whether you can trust the couple who enter your home, then promptly split up.....one engaging you in conversation while the other heads for your bedroom (where you keep your jewelry).
And-of course you'll be busy trying to figure out all the legal requirements for selling a home in [Your Province].....coordinating required inspections for electrical, plumbing, structural, etc, etc.....contacting a solicitor.....preparing a complete disclosure statement form.....following up with inquiries.....and a hundred other necessary details.
Sure it's a lot of headaches, but think of the money you'll save!
